新型コロナ国内感染、初の３０００人超　東京最多６２１人、重症者も更新

　国内では１２日、新たに３０４１人の新型コロナウイルス感染者が確認された。１日当たりの新規感染者が３０００人を超えたのは初めて。東京都では過去最多の６２１人が陽性となった。厚生労働省によると、重症者も前日比２４人増の５７８人で最多を更新した。死者は北海道と大阪府でそれぞれ６人など全国で計２８人増え、累計２５９５人。
　都によると、新規感染者は２０代が１８１人と最も多く、３０代１１９人、４０代８９人、５０代８０人などと続いた。６５歳以上は７７人。重症者は都の基準で６８人と、前日より１人増えた。累計感染者数は４万６７４５人。
　新たな感染確認は埼玉（１９９人）、岐阜（５５人）、岩手（４３人）、長野（３２）、山形（２２人）、高知（２７人）の６県でも過去最多となり、京都府（７５人）と福島県（１７人）でこれまでの最多と並んだ。
　埼玉県では「彩の国東大宮メディカルセンター」（さいたま市）の入院患者ら８人の感染が確認された。同センターでは１１日にも３人が陽性となっており、市はクラスター（感染者集団）と認定した。同センターでクラスターが生じたのは２度目。
　岩手県で確認された４３人のうち４１人は、鶯宿温泉病院（雫石町）の入院患者らだった。同病院関連の感染者は計６３人で、県は厚生労働省にクラスター対策班の派遣を要請した。
　長崎市は１２日、同市の武田敏明副市長の感染が確認されたと発表した。同日までに田上富久市長ら接触のあった７人がＰＣＲ検査を受けたが、全員陰性だった。（2020/12/12-21:50）

The daily number of newly confirmed cases of the novel coronavirus in Tokyo hit a new record high of 621 on Saturday, exceeding the previous record of 602, set on Thursday.
   The daily count of new coronavirus cases also hit a record high in the northeastern prefectures of Iwate and Yamagata, at 43 and 22, respectively.
   Of the 621 new cases in Tokyo, 181 occurred among people in their 20s, 119 among those in their 30s, 89 among those in their 40s, 80 among those in their 50s and 77 among those aged 65 or older, according to the metropolitan government.
   The number of severely ill patients with the coronavirus in the Japanese capital increased by 1 from the previous day to 68.
   The cumulative number of coronavirus cases in Tokyo stood at 46,745.
