じもとＨＤ、ＳＢＩと資本提携　財務基盤強化、地銀連合７行に

　きらやか銀行（山形市）と仙台銀行（仙台市）を傘下に置く地方銀行グループのじもとホールディングス（ＨＤ）が、インターネット金融大手ＳＢＩホールディングスと資本業務提携する方針を固めたことが１９日、分かった。ＳＢＩによる２割弱の出資を受け入れ、財務基盤の強化などを進める。２０日にも発表する。
　ＳＢＩは、システムの共同化などで地銀と連携する「地銀連合構想」を掲げ、１０行を上限に出資する方針。きらやか銀と仙台銀の参加で計７行となる。（2020/11/19-18:38）

Regional Bank Group Jimoto Holdings to Tie Up with SBI

Japanese regional banking group Jimoto Holdings Inc. is set to form a capital and business alliance with major online financial service firm SBI Holdings Inc. , informed sources said Thursday.
Jimoto, the parent of Sendai Bank and Kirayaka Bank, will issue new shares to SBI under a third-party allotment scheme, the sources said. SBI will invest billions of yen in Jimoto to acquire an equity stake of a little less than 20 pct in the bank holding company.
