日銀、景気・物価見通し下げ　大規模緩和は維持―サービス需要回復に遅れ・決定会合

　日銀は２９日、前日に続いて金融政策決定会合を開き、新型コロナウイルスの感染拡大の影響で大きく落ち込んだ国内経済の現状を点検した。企業の資金繰り支援策など、コロナ対策を含む大規模な金融緩和の維持を決定。会合後に発表した「経済・物価情勢の展望」（展望リポート）で、今年度見通しについて、実質ＧＤＰ（国内総生産）を前年度比マイナス５．５％、消費者物価指数（生鮮食品を除く）をマイナス０．６％にそれぞれ引き下げた。
　展望リポートで日銀は、国内景気について「引き続き厳しい状態だが持ち直している」と指摘。ただ、先行きに関しては「感染症への警戒感が残る中で（改善）ペースは緩やかなものにとどまる」との見通しを示した。さらに「成長率については、サービス需要の回復の遅れを主因に２０２０年度は下振れている」と説明した。
　７月に公表した前回の展望リポートでは、２０年度の実質ＧＤＰをマイナス４．７％と予想。消費者物価はマイナス０．５％との見通しを示していた。（2020/10/29-13:10）

The Bank of Japan said Thursday that it decided to keep its current monetary easing policy unchanged at a two-day policy review that ended on the day.
   The BOJ Policy Board voted eight to one to keep its short-term policy interest rate at minus 0.1 pct and guide 10-year government bond yields around zero pct.
   In a quarterly report released following the policy meeting, the BOJ said Japan's real gross domestic product is expected to drop 5.5 pct in fiscal 2020, worse than its July projection of a 4.7 pct decline.
   The country's real GDP is seen rising 3.6 pct in fiscal 2021, stronger than the 3.3 pct growth projected in the central bank's previous report. For fiscal 2022, the growth projection rose to 1.6 pct from 1.5 pct.
   Also in the latest Outlook for Economic Activity and Prices report, the BOJ said the core consumer price index, excluding fresh food prices, is expected to decline 0.6 pct in fiscal 2020, compared with a 0.5 pct fall projected three months earlier.
