東芝、台湾で電気機関車６８両受注＝４００億円、２２年から納入
東芝インフラシステムズは１７日、台湾鉄路管理局（ＴＲＡ）向けの電気機関車６８両を台湾銀行から受注したと発表した。受注額は計約４００億円で、２０２２年から順次納入を開始する。（2019/10/17-10:46）

Toshiba Unit to Supply 68 Electric Locomotives to Taiwan
Toshiba Infrastructure Systems & Solutions Corp. said Thursday it has won an order worth about 40 billion yen from the Bank of Taiwan, a commercial lender, for the supply of 68 electric locomotives.
The locomotives will be used to haul intercity express trains of Taiwan Railways Administration, according to the fully owned unit of Japanese machinery giant Toshiba Corp. . Toshiba Infrastructure Systems plans to start deliveries in 2022.
