スバル、群馬製作所を停止＝台風で部品調達に支障

　ＳＵＢＡＲＵ（スバル）は１６日、台風１９号の影響で、国内唯一の完成車工場である群馬製作所（群馬県太田市）の操業を同日午後に停止したと発表した。取引先のメーカーが浸水などの被害を受け、部品調達に支障が出ているためで、２５日の再開を目指している。
　スバルは台風に備えて１２日に群馬製作所の操業時間を短縮したが、１４日から通常通り稼働させていた。スバルは早期の復旧に向け、人員派遣などで取引先の支援を行っている。生産計画や業績に及ぼす影響は精査中。１日の生産台数は約２５００台という。（2019/10/16-17:14）

Subaru Halts Operations at Vehicle Plant in Japan after Typhoon

Subaru Corp. has halted operations at its sole vehicle assembly plant in Japan since Wednesday afternoon after supply chains were disrupted by Typhoon Hagibis, the automaker said.
Subaru has been offering support, including sending staff, to parts suppliers damaged by the typhoon. The company said it aims to restart operations at the plant in Ota, Gunma Prefecture, eastern Japan, by Oct. 25.
