キオクシア、上場延期発表　米中対立で先行き不透明

　東芝から分離した半導体大手のキオクシアホールディングスは２８日の取締役会で、１０月６日に東証で予定していた株式上場の延期を決定したと発表した。米国政府による中国通信機器大手、華為技術（ファーウェイ）向けの制裁の影響で、事業環境の先行きに不透明感が出ていることなどを考慮した。上場が実現すれば、時価総額は今年最大の２兆円規模と見込まれていた。
　キオクシアは２８日、東証に新規株式公開（ＩＰＯ）に伴う新株発行と株式売り出しの中止を伝えた。キオクシアはスマートフォン用フラッシュメモリーなどを製造。ファーウェイは大口顧客で、キオクシアの連結売上高の数％を占める。ただ、１５日に発効した米国によるファーウェイへの制裁に伴い、同社向け出荷は停止している。
　上場時期については、米国の対中政策や半導体市況を見極めながら検討し、来年５月までの上場を目指すとしている。（2020/09/28-11:39）

Kioxia Announces Postponement of Oct. 6 TSE Listing

Japanese chipmaker Kioxia Holdings Corp. said Monday it has decided to postpone its listing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange, planned for Oct. 6, citing an increasingly uncertain business outlook amid the U.S.-China tensions.
Kioxia told the TSE on the same day that it will cancel the issuance of new shares and the offering of outstanding shares, which were linked to the stock listing. The listing would have been the largest initial public offering in Japan this year, with the company's stock market capitalization seen reaching about 2 trillion yen.
