レオパレスが債務超過　６月末時点で１００億円

　賃貸アパート大手レオパレス２１が６月末時点で１００億円程度の債務超過に陥ったことが２６日、分かった。２０１８年に発覚した施工不良問題などの影響で入居率が低下しているためで、レオパレスの経営危機が一段と深刻になっている。
　３０日に発表する２０年４～６月期連結決算で公表する。
　２０年３月末時点で約６００億円の現預金を保有しており、当面の資金は確保しているとみられる。ただ、債務超過を早期に解消できなければ、新規の借り入れなどに支障が出る恐れがある。（2020/09/26-12:40）

Struggling Japanese apartment rental firm Leopalace21 Corp. saw its debts exceed assets by about 10 billion yen at the end of June, it was learned Saturday.
The negative net worth is due to falling occupancy rates for its apartments reflecting its shoddy construction scandal, which came to light in 2018, sources familiar with the matter said.
