ホンダ、初の赤字転落　コロナで販売急減―４～６月期

　ホンダが５日発表した２０２０年４～６月期連結決算（国際会計基準）は、本業のもうけを示す営業損益が１１３６億円の赤字だった。純損益も８０８億円の赤字となり、いずれも同期として初の赤字転落。新型コロナウイルス感染拡大に伴う需要蒸発で四輪車などの販売が急減した。
　世界販売台数は、四輪車が北米などで低迷し前年同期比４割減、二輪車がアジアの大幅減で６割のマイナスとなった。世界的にロックダウン（都市封鎖）や外出自粛などで生産、販売が滞り、売上高に相当する売上収益は４６．９％減の２兆１２３７億円。新型コロナ流行による販売減などの影響は、税引き前で約４４００億円の減益要因となった。
　同時に公表した２１年３月期連結業績は、純利益を前期比６３．８％減の１６５０億円と予想。新型コロナ流行で不透明な事業環境が続くものの、主要市場の中国の回復に加え、収益性の高い二輪車事業が下支えして黒字確保を見込む。（2020/08/05-19:41）

Honda Logs 1st Operating, Net Losses for April-June

Honda Motor Co. said Wednesday that it plunged into the red in April-June as demand evaporated due to the novel coronavirus pandemic.
The Japanese company incurred an operating loss of 113,691 million yen in the first quarter of fiscal 2020 and a net loss of 80,871 million yen. It is the first time for Honda to log such losses for the fiscal first quarter.
