Ｔモバイル株売却検討　ソフトバンクＧ―負債削減計画の一環

　ソフトバンクグループ（ＳＢＧ）は１６日、持ち分法適用会社の米携帯電話大手ＴモバイルＵＳ株について、売却を含む金融取引の検討を開始したと発表した。ＳＢＧは中核投資事業で多額の損失を計上したため、負債削減に向けて保有資産売却などで最大４兆５０００億円を調達する計画で、Ｔモバイル株を使った取引はその一環。
　ＳＢＧによると、株式の私募・公募での売却のほか、デリバティブ（金融派生商品）などを利用した現金調達も検討内容に含まれる。ＳＢＧはＴモバイルや同社株主の独通信大手ドイツテレコムなどと協議している。（2020/06/16-13:07）

SoftBank Group Corp. said Tuesday that it has started discussions on financial transactions concerning its stake in T-Mobile US Inc., including selling shares out of its holdings.
The Japanese technology conglomerate is currently in talks with T-Mobile, an equity-method affiliate, and Deutsche Telekom, a shareholder of the major U.S. mobile carrier.
