元助役関連会社から献金＝自民・稲田氏の政党支部

　自民党の稲田朋美幹事長代行（衆院福井１区）が代表を務める政党支部が、関西電力幹部に金品を渡していた福井県高浜町の森山栄治元助役（故人）が取締役だった警備会社から、計３６万円の献金を受けていたことが４日、分かった。
　稲田氏が代表を務める「自民党福井県第１選挙区支部」の政治資金収支報告書によると、警備会社は２０１１～１３年に毎年１２万円を献金していた。
　稲田氏は同日夜、ＢＳフジのニュース番組に出演し、「違法性のある献金ではなく、しっかり報告もしている。森山氏と面識はない」と発言。取締役だったかどうかも確認できていないとし、返金については「事実確認をした上で対応したい」と話した。（2019/10/04-21:40）

A Japanese ruling party chapter headed by former Defense Minister Tomomi Inada has received donations from a security company linked to an influential person at the center of a money scandal involving Kansai Electric Power Co. , informed sources said Friday.
   The Liberal Democratic Party chapter received 360,000 yen from the company, which had Eiji Moriyama, the late former deputy mayor of Takahama in the central Japan prefecture of Fukui, as a board member, the sources said.
   The town hosts Kansai Electric's Takahama nuclear power plant.
   The LDP chapter received 120,000 yen every year between 2011 and 2013 from the security firm, according to its political funding reports.
   The donations are not illegal and were reported property, Inada, LDP executive acting secretary-general, said on television. Inada, whose constituency is in Fukui, said that she did not know Moriyama personally.
