緊急事態延長、４日に決定　全国対象に「１カ月程度」―特定警戒、沖縄追加など検討

　安倍晋三首相は１日、新型コロナウイルス感染症に関する専門家会議の提言を受け、４日に政府対策本部を開き、６日に期限が切れる緊急事態宣言を１カ月程度延長するよう西村康稔経済再生担当相に指示した。引き続き４７都道府県を対象とする。政府は現在１３の「特定警戒都道府県」の入れ替えも検討。感染者数が増えている沖縄県などの追加指定を視野に状況を注視している。
　１日の専門家会議の会合後、首相は首相官邸で西村氏らから提言内容を聴取。この後、記者団に「現在の緊急事態宣言の枠組みをおおむね１カ月程度延長することを軸に、地域の感染状況に対応した対策を速やかに調整するよう指示した」と明言した。４日の宣言延長後に記者会見し、国民に理解と協力を求める考えも示した。
　特定警戒都道府県は現在、東京、大阪、北海道、石川、愛知、兵庫、福岡など１３都道府県。政府は感染者数が一時急増した沖縄に加え、群馬、福井、広島などの情勢を警戒しており、必要に応じて追加指定する構え。新規感染者数が減少している岐阜、茨城については、近隣県との人の流れを見極めつつ、解除も視野に入れている。（2020/05/01-21:33）

Abe to Decide Mon. on Coronavirus Emergency Extension

Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe said Friday that he will make a decision Monday on an extension of the state of emergency his government declared in early April over the outbreak of the new coronavirus.
   Abe instructed economic revitalization minister Yasutoshi Nishimura, who is in charge of measures against the pandemic, to make arrangements for extending the emergency declaration for about one month.
   Abe made the remarks in talks with reporters at the prime minister's office.
   The state of emergency is currently set to expire on Wednesday, when the Golden Week holidays end.
   The government declared the emergency on April 7 for Tokyo and six other prefectures and expanded it to cover the entire country on April 16.
