五輪チケットの不正購入６９００枚＝組織委、払い戻さず無効に

　２０２０年東京五輪・パラリンピック組織委員会は２７日、国内在住者向けに５月に実施した五輪チケットの１次抽選販売で、虚偽の個人情報で取得したＩＤで約６９００枚のチケットが不正に購入されたと発表した。約１億８０００万円分の支払いは完了しているが、組織委は規約に基づいて払い戻しはせず、当該チケットは無効とする。
　不正ＩＤは約３万件で、そのうち約１２００件のＩＤが１次抽選に当選した。組織委は本人確認と国内居住の確認を行った上で、不正購入が特定されたチケットは無効として秋以降の２次抽選などに回す。担当者は「個人が行える件数、規模ではない」と述べ、組織的行為との認識を示した。アクセス元については海外の可能性もあるとした。
　五輪１次抽選で１枚も当たらなかった人を対象にした追加抽選、パラリンピック１次抽選も既に行われたが、担当者は「（不正ＩＤでは）購入できないような対処をした」と話した。
　組織委は不正購入を特定した経緯や時期について、セキュリティー上の理由により明らかにしなかった。不正購入対策としては、ＩＤに登録された電話番号で個人を特定する認証方法を採用していた。（2019/09/27-19:56）

6,900 Tokyo Olympic Tickets Bought with False IDs

The 2020 Tokyo Olympics and Paralympics organizing committee said Friday around 6,900 Olympic tickets were bought with false identifications in the first-round online domestic ticket lottery in May.
   For the tickets, a total of 180 million yen has already been paid. The committee decided to invalidate the falsely obtained tickets without paying back the money.
   About 30,000 false IDs were used in the lottery. Of them, 1,200 IDs won tickets.
   The wrongdoing "goes beyond what an individual can do in number and scale," a committee official said, indicating that it was an organized act.
   The official also said holders of the false IDs may have applied for tickets online from abroad.
