日中会談「問題解決の糸口に」　アジア版ＮＡＴＯ言及せず―石破首相

　【ビエンチャン時事】石破茂首相は１１日（日本時間同）、東南アジア諸国連合（ＡＳＥＡＮ）関連首脳会議など一連の外遊日程を終え、ラオスの首都ビエンチャンで内外記者会見を行った。首相は中国の李強首相との１０日の会談について「対話を続けることで（両国が抱えるさまざまな）問題が解決に向かう糸口になった」と強調。「違いは違いとして明確に認識しつつ、協力していく分野に対して努力を続けたい」と語った。
　石破首相は、中国軍による日本領空侵犯や９月の日本人児童刺殺事件に対する日本の立場を首脳会談で伝えたと説明。「両政府の努力を通じて両国国民が関係発展の果実を得られるようつなげていきたい」と述べた。習近平国家主席との会談にも「実現に努力したい」と意欲を示した。
　また、持論のアジア版ＮＡＴＯ（北大西洋条約機構）創設に関し、滞在中の一連の会議や会談で言及はなかったと明らかにした。
　一方、首相は１５日公示の衆院選で支出する可能性があるとしている政策活動費について「国民がどう使われているかに疑念を持っている」と指摘。「合法なものだが、使い道、使い方は当然抑制的でなければならない」との見解を示した。（2024/10/11-20:34）

Japanese Prime Minister Shigeru Ishiba said Friday that the previous day's summit between him and Chinese Premier Li Qiang provided a clue to resolving issues between the two countries.
   Ishiba was speaking at a press conference in Vientiane, the capital of Laos, after attending a series of summit meetings related to the Association of Southeast Asian Nations, as well as bilateral summits with China and South Korea.
   Ahead of the Oct. 27 general election in Japan, the new prime minister said that funds distributed by political parties to member lawmakers under a controversial policy activity expense system should be used in a restrictive manner.
   At a parliamentary debate on Wednesday, he did not rule out the possibility of such funds being used for campaigning.
