自民「裏金」非公認１２人　菅家・細田氏ら６人追加―１次公認２７９人決定・衆院選

　自民党は９日午前、党本部で選対本部会議を開いた。石破茂首相（党総裁）ら党幹部が出席し、衆院選（１５日公示、２７日投開票）の１次公認２７９人を決定。派閥裏金事件に関係した国会議員らのうち非公認は、既に固まっていた萩生田光一元政調会長ら６人に、菅家一郎、細田健一両氏ら６人が新たに加わり、計１２人となった。
　追加の非公認は、菅家、細田両氏と中根一幸、越智隆雄、小田原潔、今村洋史各氏。越智氏は既に不出馬を表明している。
　菅家、中根、小田原各氏は「党の役職停止」６カ月、細田氏は「戒告」の処分をそれぞれ受けた。越智、今村両氏は正式な処分対象とはならなかったが、幹事長による「注意」を受けた。党幹部は「当選の可能性などを考慮した」と非公認の理由を説明した。
　会議後、森山裕幹事長は記者団に「厳しい決断の上で、全ての候補が有権者と真摯（しんし）に向き合い、全身全霊で戦う」と強調した。
　首相は非公認について(1)「選挙における非公認」より重い「党員資格の停止」の処分を受けた者(2)「党の役職停止」の処分が継続中で、国会の政治倫理審査会に出席していない者(3)処分を受け、地元の理解が進んでいない者―を条件に挙げていた。
　このため、処分が継続しているものの衆院政倫審に出席した松野博一前官房長官と武田良太元総務相は公認された。
　政治資金収支報告書に不記載があった議員については、比例代表との重複立候補を認めない。比例の当選枠に対し候補が不足する事態に備え、女性や若者を中心に追加の擁立作業を急ぐ。
　比例単独の杉田水脈氏らの扱いは引き続き調整する。
　１次公認の内訳は小選挙区２６５人、比例単独１４人。公明党の石井啓一代表ら１１人の推薦も決めた。（2024/10/09-12:24）

Japan's ruling Liberal Democratic Party on Wednesday did not give its endorsement to 12 members involved in a slush funds scandal as candidates in the upcoming general election.
   The 12 include former party policy chief Koichi Hagiuda, former parliamentary affairs head Tsuyoshi Takagi and four others, who were slapped with heavy penalties by the party over the scandal or whose penalties are still in effect.
   "After making the tough decision, all candidates will face voters sincerely and fight with all their might," LDP Secretary-General Hiroshi Moriyama told reporters.
   Former Chief Cabinet Secretary Hirokazu Matsuno and former internal affairs minister Ryota Takeda received the party's endorsement as they spoke about the scandal at a parliamentary ethics committee though their penalties are still in effect.
   LDP lawmakers, who receive the party's endorsement as candidates for single-seat constituencies despite their involvement in the scandal, are not allowed to simultaneously run for proportional representation seats.
