５月の実質賃金減、２６カ月連続　物価高でマイナス幅拡大

　厚生労働省が８日発表した５月の毎月勤労統計調査（速報、従業員５人以上）によると、現金給与総額（名目賃金）に物価の変動を反映させた実質賃金は前年同月比１．４％減となった。減少は２６カ月連続で、過去最長を更新。賃上げの効果が浸透しつつあるものの、マイナス幅は前月（１．２％減）から拡大。物価上昇の伸びに依然追い付いていない。
　基本給と残業代などを合わせた名目賃金は労働者１人当たり平均で１．９％増の２９万７１５１円だった。このうち、基本給を中心とする「所定内給与」は、２．５％増と３１年ぶりの伸びを記録。２０２４年春闘の結果が反映されつつある。（2024/07/08-08:34）

Japan's inflation-adjusted real wage index declined 1.4 pct from a year before in May, extending its record declining streak to a 26th month, the labor ministry said Monday.
   The pace of fall accelerated from April's 1.2 pct, with wage growth still unable to outpace inflation.
   Nominal wages per worker, which include regular and nonregular pay, averaged 297,151 yen in May, up 1.9 pct. Of the total, regular pay, including base salary, grew 2.5 pct, the steepest increase in 31 years, thanks mainly to wage hikes agreed on in this year's "shunto" labor-management negotiations in spring.
   Meanwhile, the consumer price index excluding imputed rent, used to calculate the real wage index, was up 3.3 pct, bigger than the 2.9 pct rise.
   The average nominal wage rose 2.1 pct to 378,803 yen for full-time workers, and 3.2 pct to 108,511 yen for part-timers.
