小林製薬、業績予想撤回　紅麹で「未定」、特損３８億円

　小林製薬は１０日、紅麹（べにこうじ）問題を踏まえ、２０２４年１２月期通期の連結業績予想を撤回すると発表した。２月に公表した当初予想をいったん取り下げ、「未定」に変更した。紅麹配合サプリメントで健康被害が広がり、製品回収や販売減少に伴う影響額の見極めが困難なため。
　１～３月期連結決算は、紅麹問題に関連して３８億６２００万円の特別損失を計上。純利益は前年同期比７２．９％減の９億７６００万円と、大幅減益だった。特別損失の内訳は、現時点で見積もった製品回収の関連損失が３６億４８００万円、製造設備の減損損失が２億１３００万円。（2024/05/10-18:16）

Kobayashi Pharmaceutical Co. on Friday withdrew its consolidated earnings forecasts for the business year to December 2024, citing difficulties in assessing the impact of a scandal involving its supplement products containing "beni koji" red fermented rice.
For the January-March quarter, the company booked an extraordinary loss of 3,862 million yen related to the beni koji scandal, in which health problems spread among users of its supplement products.
