「頂き女子」に懲役９年　男性から１．５億円詐取―名古屋地裁

　「頂き女子」と称し、恋愛感情を利用して男性３人から現金計約１億５５８０万円をだまし取り、そのマニュアルを販売したなどとして、詐欺や詐欺ほう助などの罪に問われた無職渡辺真衣被告（２５）の判決が２２日、名古屋地裁であった。大村陽一裁判長は「男性心理を手玉に取り、好意に付け込んだ」として懲役９年、罰金８００万円（求刑懲役１３年、罰金１２００万円）を言い渡した。
　詐取した金の大半は東京・歌舞伎町のホストクラブへの支払いになどに充てたとされ、大村裁判長は「意中のホストらの売り上げに貢献するためとの動機は誠に身勝手で酌むべき余地はない」と非難した。
　判決によると、同被告は２０２１～２３年、マッチングアプリなどで知り合った５０代男性３人から現金計約１億５５８０万円を詐取。２２年には名古屋市の女（２１）＝詐欺罪で有罪確定＝に「頂き女子の参考書」と題したマニュアルを販売し、計約１０００万円をだまし取る手助けをしたほか、詐欺による収入を申告せず、２２年までの２年間で所得税計約４０００万円を脱税した。（2024/04/22-17:23）

Nagoya District Court on Monday sentenced a Japanese "sugar baby" who called herself "itadaki joshi" to nine years in prison and a fine of 8 million yen for defrauding men out of money and selling a manual on sugar babying.
   Prosecutors had demanded a prison term of 13 years and a fine of 12 million yen for the accused, Mai Watanabe, 25.
   Watanabe is believed to have used most of the money she fraudulently earned to make payments at male host bars in Tokyo's Kabukicho nightlife district. During her trial, she said she believed that it was justice to defraud men out of money for host workers.
   According to the indictment, Watanabe allegedly defrauded three men in their 50s whom she met via dating apps out of about 155.8 million yen between 2021 and 2023.
   She was also charged with selling a manual she called a "textbook for itadaki joshi" to a 21-year-old woman in 2022, helping her to fraudulently earn some 10 million yen. The woman has already been convicted of fraud.
