ソフトバンクＧ、５０００億円調達　手元資金を拡充

　ソフトバンクグループは１９日、子会社の携帯大手ソフトバンクの株式の一部を担保に最大５０００億円を借り入れると発表した。みずほ銀行など国内外の金融機関１６社から調達し、社債の償還などに向けて手元資金を拡充する。
　ソフトバンクグループがソフトバンク株式を担保に資金調達するのは初めて。同グループは、２０２１年１２月までに約１兆円の社債償還を予定している。（2020/02/19-22:13）

Softbank Group to Borrow 500 B. Yen Using Telecom Unit's Shares

Japan's Softbank Group Corp. has said it will borrow up to 500 billion yen from 16 financial institutions using as collateral part of its stake in domestic telecommunications unit Softbank Corp. .
The move is intended to boost the group's cash on hand for purposes such as redemption of corporate bonds. The group is slated to redeem bonds worth about one trillion yen by December 2021.
