８月の求人１．２９倍で横ばい　失業率は２．７％

　厚生労働省が２９日発表した８月の有効求人倍率（季節調整値）は、前月比横ばいの１．２９倍だった。求人数は、観光客の増加などを受けて対面サービス業を中心に堅調だった。
　総務省が同日発表した８月の労働力調査によると、完全失業率（同）は２．７％で前月と同じだった。
　有効求人倍率は、ハローワークで仕事を探す求職者１人に対し、何人分の求人があるかを示す指標。
　有効求人数は０．１％増と２カ月連続プラス。外国人観光客が増える中、人手不足感の強い宿泊業や飲食サービス業などで増加。一方、原材料高などで製造業や建設業などの求人は低調だった。
　一方、有効求職者数は０．２％減。４カ月ぶりのマイナスだが、足元では収入増を求めてパートタイム労働者が正社員への転換を目指す動きなどが増えているという。
　完全失業率は、完全失業者数を労働力人口で割って算出する。完全失業者は前月比１万人増の１８５万人と２カ月連続の増加。定年などの非自発的な離職が減少した一方、条件の良い仕事を求めて自発的な離職をする人が増えた。（2023/09/29-10:42）

Japan's job availability ratio and unemployment rate remained unchanged in August from the previous month, government data showed Friday.
   The seasonally adjusted ratio of effective job openings to seekers was 1.29, the labor ministry said. The ratio represents the number of job openings available to each seeker registered with Hello Work public job placement centers across the country.
   The number of effective job openings rose 0.1 pct, gaining for the second straight month.
   The lodging and restaurant sectors had more openings amid acute labor shortages due to growth in the number of tourists from abroad. Hiring was slow in the manufacturing and construction sectors struggling with higher material costs.
   The number of effective job seekers declined 0.2 pct, marking the first fall in four months. A ministry official said that more part-time workers are looking for full-time jobs to increase their income.
