ＪＯＬＥＤ、民事再生法を申請　負債３３７億円、生産拠点閉鎖

　パナソニックホールディングスとソニーグループの有機ＥＬ（エレクトロルミネッセンス）ディスプレー部門を統合したＪＯＬＥＤ（東京）は２７日、東京地裁に民事再生法の手続き開始を申請し、受理されたと発表した。負債総額は約３３７億円。価格競争の激化で自力での事業継続は難しいと判断。製造・販売から撤退し、石川県能美市と千葉県茂原市の生産拠点は１年後をめどに閉鎖する。製造部門の従業員は解雇する方針。（2023/03/27-22:19）

Japanese Display Maker JOLED Files for Bankruptcy

JOLED Inc., a Japanese maker of organic light-emitting diode displays, said Monday that it has filed for bankruptcy protection under the civil rehabilitation law.
   Tokyo District Court accepted the application immediately, said the company, created in 2015 through the merger of the OLED operations of the predecessors of Panasonic Holdings Corp. and Sony Group Corp. .
   The total liabilities left by JOLED came to 33.7 billion yen.
   Amid fierce price competition, JOLED concluded that it can no longer continue its operations alone.
   The company will pull the plug on its manufacturing and sales operations. All employees in the manufacturing operations will dismissed.
