ラピダス、米ＩＢＭと提携　次世代半導体の共同開発で

　ＮＴＴやトヨタ自動車などが出資する半導体メーカー、ラピダス（東京）は１３日、米ＩＢＭと提携したと発表した。自動運転などでの活用が想定される次世代半導体の量産に向け、最先端技術を持つ米ＩＢＭと共同開発を行う。（2022/12/13-16:55）

Japan's New Chipmaker Rapidus Joins Hands with IBM

Japan's new semiconductor maker Rapidus Corp. said Tuesday that it has formed a partnership with U.S. chip giant International Business Machines Corp., or IBM, for mass production of next-generation chips.
From next year, Rapidus, jointly set up by major Japanese companies including Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corp. and Toyota Motor Corp. , will send researchers to a semiconductor research facility in Albany, New York, to work with those from IBM.
