国交省窓口を紹介か　秋元議員、中国企業側に―ＩＲ汚職・東京地検

　カジノを含む統合型リゾート（ＩＲ）をめぐる汚職事件で、衆院議員秋元司容疑者（４８）が、北海道留寿都村でのＩＲ事業を計画した観光会社（札幌市）側に国土交通省の空港担当部署を紹介したことが１５日、関係者への取材で分かった。観光会社は空港整備を含むＩＲ事業を計画し、贈賄側の中国企業が参入を目指していた。
　秋元容疑者は２０１７年８月、ＩＲ担当の内閣府副大臣と兼務で国交副大臣に就任しており、東京地検特捜部は便宜を図った可能性もあるとみて調べを進めているもようだ。
　秋元容疑者は１７年９月上旬、中国企業「５００ドットコム」側から２００万円の送金を受けたほか、同年１２月下旬に深センのドットコム社本社を訪問した際の旅費計約１５０万円相当の供与を受けた疑いで再逮捕された。
　翌年２月にドットコム社側の負担で家族で留寿都村旅行に出掛けたとされ、関係者によると、秋元容疑者はこの旅行の際、観光会社「加森観光」が運営するリゾート施設でドットコム社関係者らと会食。ＩＲ事業の概要について説明を受けた。
　事業計画には海外富裕層を呼び込むための空港新設も含まれ、加森観光はプライベートジェット（ＰＪ）の発着を想定した空港建設用地も取得していたという。
　加森観光の加森公人会長（７６）は家族旅行費用をめぐる贈賄罪で在宅起訴されており、特捜部は秋元容疑者が同社側に国交省の担当窓口を紹介した経緯についても関心を寄せているもようだ。
　秋元容疑者は周囲に紹介を認める一方、便宜には当たらないなどと主張しているとみられる。（2020/01/15-13:05）

Lawmaker Tsukasa Akimoto, charged with bribery, had referred a resort operator in northern Japan to an airport-related section of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, informed sources said Wednesday.
   The Tokyo District Public Prosecutors Office's special investigation squad is believed to be looking at this conduct by Akimoto, 48, as a possible illegal favor for the company, Kamori Kanko Co., according to the sources.
   Akimoto is believed to be claiming that his conduct in question does not amount to an illegal favor.
   The firm's chairman, Kimihito Kamori, 76, was indicted without arrest on Tuesday for allegedly offering bribes to the House of Representatives lawmaker.
   Kamori Kanko, based in Sapporo, capital of Hokkaido, northernmost Japan, was aiming to open a casino-featuring integrated resort, or IR, in the Hokkaido village of Rusutsu, as the Japanese government plans to introduce such facilities at up to three locations in the country.
