初の「連続指し値オペ」実施へ　長期金利の上昇けん制―日銀

　日銀は２８日、長期金利の上昇を強力に抑え込むため、特定の利回りで国債を無制限に一定期間買い続ける「連続指し値オペ」を初めて実施すると通知した。２９～３１日に、長期金利の指標となる新発１０年物国債を０．２５％で購入する。世界的なインフレ進行で欧米を中心に金利上昇が鮮明となる中、国内市場への波及を強くけん制した格好だ。
　日銀は２０２１年３月、新発１０年物国債の利回りを０％程度に誘導する金融緩和策に関し、上下０．２５％の変動を許容することを決定。併せて金利が上昇した場合の対応策として、連続指し値オペの導入を決めた。（2022/03/28-17:53）

The Bank of Japan said Monday that it will conduct purchases of unlimited amounts of 10-year Japanese government bonds at the fixed rate of 0.25 pct on three more days, from Tuesday to Thursday.
   It will be the first time for the BOJ to conduct such operations on successive days under a new scheme introduced in March 2021 to keep interest rates in check.
   On Monday, the central bank offered twice to buy unlimited amounts of 10-year JGBs at the yield of 0.25 pct, the maximum level it decided, also in March last year, to tolerate.
   Despite the unusual move by the BOJ, the benchmark 10-year yield stayed at 0.25 pct in late Tokyo interdealer trading on the day, prompting the bank to announce the first consecutive-day buying operations.
   In its current monetary easing policy, the BOJ aims to guide the 10-year yield around zero pct while allowing it to deviate up to 0.25 percentage point from the target.
