まん延防止、３０以上の都道府県に　政府、２５日に拡大決定

　新型コロナウイルスの感染拡大を受け、政府は２５日、緊急事態宣言に準じた対策が可能になる「まん延防止等重点措置」の適用地域を現在の１６都県から拡大することを決める方針だ。北海道、大阪府など１５道府県が要請することを２３日までに決め、対象となる都道府県は計３０を超える見通し。
　岸田文雄首相は２４日に後藤茂之厚生労働相ら関係閣僚と協議し、要請のあった道府県への適用方針を確認。２５日に専門家でつくる基本的対処方針分科会で了承を得た上で、同日中に持ち回りの政府対策本部で正式決定する見込みだ。
　新たに要請を決めたのは、北海道、福島、茨城、栃木、石川、長野、静岡、京都、大阪、兵庫、島根、岡山、福岡、佐賀、大分の１５道府県。鹿児島県は週明けに判断を示す方針で、対象はさらに増える可能性がある。
　現在適用中の１６都県のうち、先行した沖縄など３県は３１日が期限。政府は対象拡大に合わせ、期限延長も決める方針だ。残りの１３都県の２月１３日にそろえる案を軸に検討している。
　首相は２３日夕、首相公邸で後藤氏ら関係閣僚と感染状況などについて協議した。後藤氏はＮＨＫの番組で、重点措置について「地方から声があれば広げていく」と述べ、自治体の要請を尊重する考えを示した。
　全国知事会の平井伸治会長（鳥取県知事）は同番組で「今の（感染）拡大は飲食店だけで起きていない。多いのは学校や保育所だ」と述べ、飲食店重視の政府の対策に疑問を呈した。その上で「基本的対処方針も含め、政策を見直してほしい。各知事の共通した思いだ」と訴えた。（2022/01/24-09:20）

The Japanese government plans to decide Tuesday to boost the number of prefectures on the list of those in a COVID-19 pre-emergency state to more than 30 from 16 at present in response to a rapid increase of infection cases.
   Hokkaido, Osaka and 13 other prefectures decided by Sunday to seek the pre-emergency designation, which allows prefectural governors to ask local eating and drinking establishments to shorten operating hours.
   Prime Minister Fumio Kishida plans to meet with relevant ministers Monday to informally decide on a plan to add to the pre-emergency list prefectures that have requested the designation and seek opinions from a government panel of experts on the plan Tuesday. The government is expected to formally adopt the plan within Tuesday after obtaining approval from the panel.
   The other prefectures that have decided to seek the pre-emergency designation are Fukushima, Ibaraki, Tochigi, Ishikawa, Nagano, Shizuoka, Kyoto, Hyogo, Shimane, Okayama, Fukuoka, Saga and Oita. More prefectures may follow suit, with Kagoshima seen to make a decision shortly.
   Of the 16 prefectures already on the list, Hiroshima, Yamaguchi and Okinawa, which were placed in the pre-emergency stage ahead of the 13 others, will see the designation expire on Jan. 31.
