ワクチン追加接種、基準明確化を　新型コロナで国に提言―全国知事会

　全国知事会（会長・平井伸治鳥取県知事）は２１日、新型コロナウイルス対策でテレビ会議を開き、国への提言をまとめた。１２月から始まるワクチンの追加接種をめぐり、２回目からの経過期間や、異なる種類のワクチンを打つ「交差接種」の考え方など、基準を明確に示すよう求めた。
　提言は、３回目接種は原則として２回目接種後、８カ月以上経過した人が対象であることを国民に強く発信するよう強調。国は６カ月経過した人にも接種できる例外的扱いを認めているが、その具体的な状況を説明するよう要請した。
　米ファイザー製と米モデルナ製の交差接種について、吉村美栄子山形県知事は「１、２回目で圧倒的にファイザーを接種した人が多い。３回目もファイザーを希望することが想定され、不足が危惧されるとの声が届いている」と懸念を表明。福田富一栃木県知事は「交互（交差）接種が可能となったが、国は安全性を周知すべきだ。予約が進まない可能性がある」と訴えた。
　平井氏は会議終了後、取材に対し「（経過期間が）８カ月、６カ月の考え方を明確に示すことが必要だ」と指摘。交差接種について「モデルナとファイザーを選択できるとの考え方があるが、うまくいくかどうか現場では不安感を持っている」と述べた。（2021/11/21-14:57）

The National Governors' Association called on the Japanese government Sunday to draw up guidelines on the country's new alert system for the novel coronavirus.
   Under the five-tier COVID-19 alert system, the level of the local infection situation will be decided based more on prefectural governments' judgments than under the older four-tier system.
   "The fifth wave of infections has been subsiding, but we need to be well prepared to prevent a sixth wave," Shinji Hirai, head of the association and governor of the western prefecture of Tottori, said at the start of a videoconference held by the group on the day.
   Hirai said that it is important to minimize a wave of infections by taking measures early based on the number of new positive cases.
   The governors association asked the central government to consider preparing a legal framework for curbing flows of people and to make the public aware of its program to relax movement restrictions through the use of vaccination proof and COVID-19 negative test results.
