大手７商社、最高益　資源高追い風―９月中間決算

　大手７商社の２０２１年９月中間連結決算が５日、出そろった。石炭など資源価格の高騰を追い風に、全社が中間決算としては過去最高の純利益を確保。２２年３月期予想も、伊藤忠商事など３社が業界初の７０００億円台を見込むなど、全社が軒並み上方修正した。
　中間決算では、伊藤忠の純利益が初めて５０００億円を超えた。鉄鉱石価格の高騰に加え、子会社のファミリーマートの業績回復などが貢献した。石井敬太社長は５日のオンライン記者会見で、「絶好調の歴史的な決算」と評価した。
　三菱商事は石炭市況の上昇が収益を底上げ。コロナ禍からの景気回復で、自動車事業も改善した。三井物産は鉄鉱石に加え、鉄鋼製品や食料品の取引好調が業績をけん引した。
　前年同期、ニッケル鉱山が操業停止に追い込まれ赤字に陥った住友商事は黒字に転換。丸紅、豊田通商、双日もそろって大幅増益を果たした。（2021/11/05-18:18）

All 7 Major Traders in Japan Log Record Profits in April-Sept.

All of Japan's seven major trading houses have reported record consolidated net profits in the first half through September, backed by surging prices of natural resources such as coal.
For the full year through March 2022, the seven revised up their earnings forecasts. Of them, Itochu Corp. , Mitsui & Co. and Mitsubishi Corp. expect to rewrite the industry's annual record with net profits of over 700 billion yen.
