本気出せば改革可能　松井一郎日本維新の会代表【各党インタビュー】

　日本維新の会の松井一郎代表（大阪市長）は１６日、時事通信などのインタビューに応じた。主なやりとりは次の通り。
　―岸田政権の問題は。
　われわれは何とか自民党を過半数割れにさせ、少しでも政策を政府に打ち込みたい。岸田文雄首相は抽象的ではなく具体的に日本の５年後、１０年後の姿を示してほしい。
　―打ち込む政策とは。
　社会保障制度を持続可能なものにしたい。２０年前から人口減少社会に突入することは分かっていた。基礎年金部分は保険料ではなく、その他の（税金を含む）財源で支えるべきだ。役所改革でその程度の財源（確保）は増税しなくても成し遂げられる。大阪でわれわれが最初にしたことが府議会議員の定数と報酬のカットだ。政治家が本気になって役所を動かせばできるということをぜひ伝えたい。
　―関西以外にも候補者を多く擁立した。
　野党第１党になって自民党をピリっとさせていくということだ。立憲民主党と共産党の野合、談合（が相手）では自民党はピリっとしない。
　―目標議席数は。
　衆院で単独で法案を出せる（２１）議席を最低ラインとしているが、目標は全員当選だ。
　―維新の「是々非々」路線は自公政権以外になっても継続するか。
　当たり前だ。われわれは与党だろうが野党だろうが、誰が政権を取ろうと、是々非々路線で国民にプラスになることであれば賛成する。
　―市長任期満了で政治家引退と表明した。国政に転身する可能性は。
　ない。もう十分やることをやった。ちょうど辞める時は還暦で、定年退職。政治家人生は（任期満了の）２０２３年４月、ここで（区切りを付けて）自分が選挙に出ることはない。だが、立憲・共産が政権を取ったりしたら分からない。子どもや孫のために刺し違えてでも（政界に復帰）するかもしれない。その時は橋下（徹・元大阪市長）さんも連れてきて、やるかもしれない。（2021/10/17-07:08）

Ichiro Matsui, chief of Nippon Ishin no Kai (Japan Innovation Party), said that the opposition party wants to chip away at the ruling Liberal Democratic Party's dominance in the House of Representatives, the lower chamber of parliament, in the Oct. 31 election.
   "We'll make desperate efforts so that the LDP will fall short of a majority, in order to drive even a small part of our policies into the government," Matsui said in an interview with Jiji Press and other media outlets.
   Matsui said he wants Prime Minister and LDP President Fumio Kishida to provide a concrete vision for the country in five to 10 years from now, rather than abstract concepts.
   Nippon Ishin aims to make Japan's social security system more sustainable amid a shrinking population, said Matsui, who is also mayor of the western city of Osaka.
   The basic portion of Japan's public pension system should be financed not by premium payments but by other sources including tax, Matsui said, adding that it would be possible to secure funding sources through government reform.
