日立、昭和電工と交渉　子会社・日立化成の売却

　日立製作所が売却を検討している日立化成の譲渡先として、化学大手の昭和電工が有力候補となったことが２６日、分かった。日立は、ＩＴと社会インフラの分野に重点投資する方針で、日立化成を含め４社ある上場子会社については売却を視野に資本構成の見直しを進めている。
　日立化成は日立の中核子会社と位置付けられる化学メーカーで、東証１部に上場。株式の約５１％を日立が保有している。日立金属、旧日立電線（現日立金属）とともに「日立御三家」と呼ばれてきた。（2019/11/26-10:42）

Showa Denko K.K. has emerged as a potential buyer of Hitachi Chemical Co. , a major subsidiary of Hitachi Ltd. , informed sources said Tuesday.
Hitachi is considering the possible sale of Hitachi Chemical and three other publicly traded subsidiaries as part of its efforts to focus more on information technology and social infrastructure operations.

Switch to Japanese
