北朝鮮、鉄道からミサイル発射　日本海の標的「正確打撃」

　【ソウル時事】朝鮮中央通信は１６日、北朝鮮が１５日に鉄道を利用した発射台からミサイルを発射し、中部の山岳地帯から８００キロ先の日本海海域の標的を「正確に打撃した」と伝えた。日韓などが探知した短距離弾道ミサイルを指しているとみられる。金正恩朝鮮労働党総書記は立ち会わず、朴正天・党政治局常務委員兼書記が発射訓練を指導した。
　同通信によると、今年１月の党大会で「新たな国防戦略の一環」として、「同時多発的な集中打撃能力」を高めて対応能力を向上させるため、「鉄道機動ミサイル連隊」を組織。通常の車両を用いた移動式発射台ではなく、鉄道を利用した発射台で、今回初めて実戦的な訓練を実施した。
　朴書記は鉄道を利用したミサイル発射システムが「全国各地で分散的に任務を遂行することで、同時多発的に脅威となる勢力に甚大な打撃を加えることができる効果的な対応打撃手段になる」と評価。今後、短期間で実戦的な訓練を積み、「連隊」から「旅団」への拡大も検討する考えを示しており、ミサイル発射が続く恐れがある。（2021/09/16-08:22）

North Korea successfully tested a railway-borne missile system Wednesday, the country's state-run Korean Central News Agency said Thursday.
Missiles launched from the system flew 800 kilometers and accurately struck a target in the Sea of Japan, the KCNA said, apparently referring to the short-range ballistic missiles fired Wednesday by North Korea that are believed to have fallen into Japan's exclusive economic zone.
The test was guided by Pak Jong Chon, member of the Presidium of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea and secretary of the committee, while North Korea's top leader, Kim Jong Un, was absent, according to the KCNA.
