食品輸出、初の５０００億円超 ３割増、牛肉や日本酒好調―２１年上期
農林水産省は３日、２０２１年上半期（１～６月）の農林水産物・食品の輸出額（速報値）が前年同期比３０．８％増の５４０７億円だったと正式発表した。上半期で初めて５０００億円を突破。牛肉や日本酒などのアルコール飲料が全体を押し上げた。２０万円以下の少額貨物を含めると、３１．６％増の５７７３億円となった。
米国や中国で消費が回復したことに加え、新型コロナウイルス感染拡大で外食を控える動きが広がって家庭向け食品が伸びた。特に、九州地方が主な産地の牛肉は２倍強と大幅増。日本酒や日本産ウイスキーへの評価が高まり、アルコール飲料が８３．１％増加した。（2021/08/03-17:44）
Japan Food Exports Top 500 B. Yen for 1st Time in Jan.-June
The agriculture ministry said Tuesday that Japan's exports of farm and food products in January-June surged 30.8 pct from a year before to 540.7 billion yen, exceeding 500 billion for the first time in a first-half period.
The sharp rise was thanks to robust shipments of beef and alcoholic beverages such as sake.
Including goods worth 200,000 yen or less, exports in the six months totaled 577.3 billion yen, up 31.6 pct.
Consumer spending recovered in the United States and China.
Exports of food products aimed at people eating at home also fared well, reflecting moves among people to refrain from eating out amid the spread of the novel coronavirus.
