国民投票法「早急に審議、採決を」と自民　参院憲法審、３年ぶり討議

　参院憲法審査会は２８日午前、今国会初の審査会を開いた。実質的な憲法論議は２０１８年２月以来、３年２カ月ぶり。自民党の石井正弘氏は、衆院憲法審で審議中の国民投票法改正案について「参院に送付されたあかつきには、速やかに審議を行った上で採決すべきだ」と訴えた。
　同党は大型連休明けの早い時期に改正案の衆院通過を図る構え。同日の参院憲法審は、付託に備えて環境を整備する狙いがある。
　公明党の西田実仁氏、日本維新の会の松沢成文氏も早期成立を主張。国民民主党の矢田稚子氏は、改正案の課題を指摘しつつも、採決は容認した。
　これに対し、立憲民主党の小西洋之氏は「ＣＭ規制の議論を放置しての改正は許されない」と反論。「投票環境を後退させる欠陥法」として撤回、修正を求めた。共産党の山添拓氏は「国民が改憲を求めない中、審査会を動かす必要はない」と述べた。（2021/04/28-12:44）

The House of Councillors panel on Japan's Constitution held its first full-fledged debate on the supreme law since February 2018 on Wednesday, in the ongoing session of parliament.
   A bill to revise the national referendum law "should be put to the vote following swift deliberations" after being sent to the Upper House, Masahiro Ishii of the ruling Liberal Democratic Party said at the meeting of the Upper House Commission on the Constitution.
   The bill is under deliberation at the Commission on the Constitution of the House of Representatives, the lower chamber.
   The LDP aims to pass the bill in the Lower House soon after the end of the Golden Week holiday period thorough early May.
   Wednesday's debate is aimed at laying the groundwork for related discussions.
