安倍首相、１２月に訪印＝モディ氏、物品協定「年内締結を」

　【ウラジオストク時事】安倍晋三首相は５日午前（日本時間同）、訪問先のロシア極東ウラジオストクでインドのモディ首相と会談した。モディ氏は首脳相互往来の一環として安倍氏が１２月にインドを訪問する予定だと明らかにし、自衛隊とインド軍が弾薬などを融通し合う物品役務相互提供協定（ＡＣＳＡ）の年内締結に期待を示した。
　モディ氏は、両国初の外務・防衛担当閣僚協議（２プラス２）を安倍氏訪印前に開催する準備を進めていると説明。「訪印までに（ＡＣＳＡを）締結できると信じている」と語った。（2019/09/05-12:00）

Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe is scheduled to visit India in December, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi said Thursday.
   The trip by Abe is part of mutual visits by the two countries' leaders to each other's nations, Modi said during his talks with the Japanese prime minister in Vladivostok in Russia's Far East.
   Modi said he hopes that before Abe's visit, the two countries will conclude an acquisition and cross-servicing agreement to allow the Japanese Self-Defense Forces and the Indian military to mutually provide food and ammunition.
   The Indian leader also said India and Japan are preparing to hold the first "two-plus-two" meeting of their foreign and defense ministers before Abe's visit.
   Abe and Modi also exchanged views on Japan's initiative for a free and open Indo-Pacific region and the planned Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership trade agreement.
