初公判は「来年３月か４月」＝ゴーン被告整理手続きで－東京地裁

　日産自動車の前会長カルロス・ゴーン被告（６５）が役員報酬を隠したとされる金融商品取引法違反（有価証券報告書の虚偽記載）事件の公判前整理手続きが５日、東京地裁（下津健司裁判長）であり、地裁は「初公判を来年３月か４月に開く」との意向を示した。関係者への取材で分かった。日産資金を自身側に還流したとされる会社法違反（特別背任）事件の公判時期は未定。
　これまでの整理手続きでは、検察側が公判で立証を予定している内容などについて協議されてきた。関係者によると、弁護側は１０月中旬までに、主張内容をまとめた書面を提出するという。
　日産をめぐっては、西川広人社長（６５）ら複数の同社役員も報酬を不正受領していた問題が浮上。手続き後、取材に応じた弁護人の弘中惇一郎弁護士によると、ゴーン被告は自身の関与を否定した上で、「悪質だ。西川さんが逮捕されないのは不公平だ」などと話したという。（2019/09/05-15:25）

Tokyo District Court aims to hold the first hearing in the trial of former Nissan Motor Co. Chairman Carlos Ghosn next March or April, informed sources said Thursday.
   Pretrial proceedings were held at the court the same day for the trial on his alleged securities law violation through underreporting of his executive compensation in Nissan annual securities filings.
   Ghosn, 65, is also alleged to have committed aggravated breach of trust by using company funds for his personal purposes. Regarding this alleged violation of the companies law, it has not been decided when to hold the first hearing, the sources said.
   At the pretrial proceedings so far, participants discussed what statements prosecutors will give at the trial. The defense team, for its part, will submit by mid-October documents on what it plans to claim, according to the sources.
   It has recently emerged that Nissan President Hiroto Saikawa, 65, and some other executives are also likely to have received inappropriate compensation.
