ロイヤル、双日との提携発表　２０年１２月期は２７５億円赤字

　ファミリーレストラン「ロイヤルホスト」などを手掛けるロイヤルホールディングス（ＨＤ）は１５日、双日と資本業務提携すると正式発表した。同日公表した２０２０年１２月期の連結決算は、純損益が過去最大となる２７５億円の赤字。双日の支援で財務基盤を強化し、海外事業の拡大を目指す。
　双日は１００億円の第三者割当増資を引き受けロイヤルＨＤ株式１２．８％を取得し、筆頭株主となる。さらに７８億円相当の新株予約権付与を受ける。またロイヤルＨＤは、みずほ銀行、日本政策投資銀行、福岡銀行、西日本シティ銀行に対し計６０億円の優先株を発行する。（2021/02/15-19:01）

Sojitz to Become Top Shareholder of Restaurant Group Royal

Japanese restaurant and hotel group Royal Holdings Co. has said that trading house Sojitz Corp. will become its top shareholder with a stake of 12.8 pct.
Royal Holdings, which runs the Royal Host family restaurant chain, also announced a record consolidated net loss of 27,532 million yen for 2020, against the previous year's profit of 1,923 million yen. Both announcements were made Monday.
