北朝鮮、映像公開に反発＝漁船衝突を「意図的に編集」

　【ソウル時事】朝鮮中央通信は２８日、日本政府が水産庁の漁業取締船と北朝鮮漁船が衝突した際の映像を公開したことに関する論評を発表し、「事件の全貌を全く把握できないよう意図的に編集したとんでもない資料だ」と反発した。その上で、「日本政府が漁船を沈没させた」と改めて主張し、賠償と再発防止策を講じるよう要求した。
　論評では、漁船衝突について、「日本当局の対北朝鮮敵視政策の表れで、故意に犯した蛮行だ」と主張。映像には衝突や漁船沈没以外の場面がなく、「事件の真相を覆い隠そうとしている」と批判した。（2019/10/28-18:33）

North Korea criticized on Monday a video footage disclosed by the Japanese government that showed a North Korean fishing boat collided with a Japanese patrol ship and sank in the Sea of Japan earlier this month.
   The footage was intentionally edited to mask the truth, state-run Korean Central News Agency said in an editorial.
   Claiming that Tokyo committed the savage act on purpose under its hostile policy against North Korea, the article said Japan should compensate and take preventive measures.
   The collision occurred on Oct. 7 in Japan's exclusive economic zone off the Noto Peninsula in Ishikawa Prefecture. The Japanese government released on Oct. 18 the video footage to strengthen its claim that the patrol operation was conducted appropriately.
