自社株買い３０００億円　月内にも、郵政出資比率下げ―かんぽ

　日本郵政傘下のかんぽ生命保険が、月内にも３０００億円規模の自社株買いを実施する方針を固めたことが１７日、分かった。自社株買いには親会社の日本郵政が応じる。同社の出資比率を５割以下に引き下げることで、かんぽ生命は経営の自由度を高めて収益力を強化する。近く決定する。（2020/12/17-09:28）

Japan Post to Buy Back 300 B. Yen in Shares from Parent

Japan Post Insurance Co. plans to buy back around 300 billion yen in shares from its parent as early as this month to have more flexibility in operations, informed sources said Thursday.
If the parent, Japan Post Holdings Co. , lowers its stake in Japan Post Insurance below 50 pct, the insurer will be allowed to start new business only by notifying the government of the plan.
