太陽光５社、３０億円所得隠し　中国系、売電権売却で利益―国税当局

　日本国内で太陽光発電事業を展開する中国の貿易会社「上海猛禽科技」とグループ会社４社が福岡、東京両国税局の税務調査を受け、２０１８年までの４年間で計約３０億円の所得隠しを指摘されたことが８日、関係者への取材で分かった。計上されていなかった経費約１１億円を差し引いた約１９億円が課税対象で、法人税などの追徴課税は重加算税を含め計約６億円。５社は修正申告などを済ませたという。（2020/12/08-10:57）

Solar Power Firms Concealed 3 B. Yen in Income in Japan

Japanese tax authorities have found that a Chinese trading firm and four affiliates engaged in solar power generation business in Japan concealed a total of some 3 billion yen in income over four years through 2018, informed sources said Tuesday.
Shanghai Merchant Tech Co. and the four affiliates have been ordered to pay a total of some 600 million yen in additional taxes and have filed revised tax returns, said the sources familiar with the investigation by the Fukuoka and Tokyo regional taxation bureaus.
