日清製粉Ｇに５３億円出資　国産農産物の販路拡大―全農・農林中金

　全国農業協同組合連合会（ＪＡ全農）は１７日、農林中央金庫と共同で、日清製粉グループ本社の発行済み株式の約１％を取得し、業務提携すると発表した。約５３億円を農林中金と折半出資し、国産農産物の販路を拡大する。
　ＪＡ全農と日清製粉グループは現在、国産小麦を取引しているが、今後は他の農畜産物に取引を広げる。同グループは食品スーパーやコンビニエンスストア向けに総菜事業を手掛けており、国産原材料を安定的に調達できるメリットがある。（2020/11/17-17:59）

Japan's National Federation of Agricultural Cooperative Associations, or Zen-Noh, and Norinchukin Bank will jointly acquire a stake of about 1 pct in Nisshin Seifun Group Inc. to form a business alliance.
The pair will invest a total of 5.3 billion yen, to be put up equally by the two, in order to expand sales channels for Japanese agricultural products, according to their announcement Tuesday.
