ＡＮＡ、２２年度の採用大幅圧縮　２００人程度、コロナ禍長期化

　ＡＮＡホールディングスは１７日、２０２２年度のグループ新卒採用を大幅に圧縮すると発表した。人数は公表していないが、従来の３０００人程度を２００人程度に減らす。新型コロナウイルス流行の長期化で国際線を中心に旅客需要が落ち込む中、採用を絞ることで固定費を削減し、経営の立て直しを急ぐ。
　ＡＮＡは２１年度の新卒採用を約７００人に抑制しており、２年連続で大幅に縮小することになる。２２年度は一部のパイロットや障害者、整備士を採る一方、客室乗務員らは見送る。中途採用や専門性の高い総合職のジョブ型採用は実施を検討している。（2020/11/17-12:56）

ANA Holdings Inc. said Tuesday that it will drastically reduce the number of new graduates it plans to hire for fiscal 2022 due to the impact of the novel coronavirus pandemic.
The Japanese airline group hopes to cut fixed costs and accelerate business reconstruction as passenger demand is slumping, particularly for international flights.
