ＫＫＲ・楽天、西友に出資　ＤＸ推進へネットと実店舗融合

　米投資ファンドのコールバーグ・クラビス・ロバーツ（ＫＫＲ）と楽天は１６日、大手スーパーの西友に出資すると発表した。西友の親会社である米小売り大手ウォルマートから株式を取得し、ＫＫＲと楽天の出資比率は計８５％になる。インターネットを介した電子商取引（ＥＣ）と実店舗の融合を急ぎ、デジタルトランスフォーメーション（ＤＸ）を推進する。（2020/11/16-10:17）

KKR, Rakuten to Buy 85 Pct of Seiyu from Walmart

U.S. private equity fund KKR & Co. and Japanese cybermall operator Rakuten Inc. said Monday that they will take an 85 pct stake in Japanese supermarket chain Seiyu G.K.
KKR will buy 65 pct of Seiyu's shares from its parent, Walmart Inc. Rakuten will own 20 pct of Seiyu through a new subsidiary.
