チュート徳井さん申告漏れ＝設立会社が１億２０００万円－東京国税局

　お笑いコンビ「チュートリアル」の徳井義実さん（４４）が設立した会社が東京国税局の税務調査を受け、２０１８年までの７年間で計約１億２０００万円の申告漏れを指摘されたことが２３日、関係者への取材で分かった。
　うち約２０００万円については、仮装・隠蔽（いんぺい）を伴う所得隠しと認定された。重加算税などを含めた追徴税額は約３４００万円で、徳井さん側は既に修正申告を済ませたとみられる。
　関係者によると、申告漏れを指摘されたのは、徳井さんが代表を務める「チューリップ」（東京）。徳井さんは所属する吉本興業から支払われるテレビの出演料などを、同社を通じて受け取っていた。
　同社は１２～１５年、徳井さんの個人的な旅行代や洋服代などを経費として計上したが、認められず約２０００万円の所得隠しと認定された。１６～１８年には所得を一切申告せず、約１億円の申告漏れを指摘されたという。（2019/10/23-13:19）

Japan's National Tax Agency found that a company established by comedian Yoshimi Tokui of the comedy duo Tutorial had some 120 million yen in undeclared income over seven years through 2018, informed sources said Wednesday.
   Tokyo-based company Tulip, headed by Tokui, 44, was found to have underreported its income, after undergoing a tax investigation, according to the sources.
   Of the total undeclared income, about 20 million yen was regarded as concealed income. The company was slapped with taxation of roughly 34 million yen including additional taxes, and is believed to have already filed a revised tax return.
   Tokui used the company to receive performance fees for television shows and other remuneration from Yoshimoto Kogyo Co., an entertainment management company to which he belongs.
   Tulip was found to have concealed some 20 million yen in income from 2012 to 2015, after it filed as expenses the costs of personal trips and clothes. The company did not file tax returns from 2016 to 2018, leading to about 100 million yen in undeclared income.
