福島銀、窓口はお昼まで　地銀初、１６日から３支店

　福島銀行は１３日、顧客訪問などの営業活動に注力するため、福島県内３支店の窓口業務を週明け１６日から午前中のみにすると発表した。同行によると、地方銀行では初めての取り組みという。状況を見ながら、拡大も視野に入れる。
　対象は岡部（福島市）、富田（郡山市）、矢祭（矢祭町）の３支店。現金自動預払機（ＡＴＭ）の稼働時間に変更はない。
　人口減少やキャッシュレス化、新型コロナウイルスの感染拡大などにより、同行全体の来店客数は１０年間で４割減った。営業要員が少ないため、３店舗では窓口を担当した行員が午後から顧客の自宅訪問などに時間を割けるようにする。（2020/11/13-19:54）

Fukushima Bank to Limit OTC Services to Morning Hours

Fukushima Bank will provide over-the-counter services only in morning hours at three branch offices, beginning on Monday, in order to shift management resources to sales activities such as visits to customers.
The initiative, announced Friday, will be the first of its kind among regional banks in Japan, according to the bank, based in the northeastern city of Fukushima.
