菅内閣支持微減４８．３％　学術会議「説明不足」６割超―時事世論調査

　時事通信が６～９日に実施した１１月の世論調査で、菅内閣の支持率は前月比２．９ポイント減の４８．３％、不支持率は同４．０ポイント増の１９．６％だった。日本学術会議の任命拒否問題で、菅義偉首相の説明が十分か尋ねたところ、「十分ではない」が６３．４％で、「十分だ」１１．３％、「どちらとも言えない・分からない」２５．３％を大きく上回った。学術会議問題が支持率下落に影響したとみられる。
　任命拒否については「妥当だ」２５．３％、「妥当ではない」３６．７％で、「どちらとも言えない・分からない」３８．０％。学術会議の在り方を見直す政府方針に関しては「賛成」５４．０％で、「反対」１１．９％、「どちらとも言えない・分からない」３４．１％だった。
　内閣を支持する理由（複数回答）は、「他に適当な人がいない」１６．９％、「首相を信頼する」１４．７％、「印象が良い」１１．７％と続いた。支持しない理由（同）は「期待が持てない」９．６％、「首相を信頼できない」７．７％、「リーダーシップが無い」５．２％の順。
　政党支持率は自民党が２５．７％、立憲民主党が４．１％。以下、公明党２．６％、日本維新の会１．７％、共産党１．５％、社民党０．３％、れいわ新選組０．３％、国民民主党０．２％、ＮＨＫから国民を守る党０．２％で、「支持政党なし」は６１．０％だった。
　調査は、全国の１８歳以上の男女２０００人を対象に個別面接方式で実施。有効回収率は６３．４％。（2020/11/13-17:05）

The approval rate for Japanese Prime Minister Yoshihide Suga in November fell 2.9 percentage points from the previous month to 48.3 pct, a Jiji Press opinion poll showed Friday.
   The disapproval rate for the Suga cabinet, launched in September, rose 4.0 points to 19.6 pct.
   Also in the survey, 63.4 pct said they think Suga's explanations about his rejection of six nominees to the state-funded Science Council of Japan were insufficient, far higher than 11.3 pct who answered the opposite and 25.3 pct who chose neither answer or said they did not know.
   Of all respondents, 25.3 pct said the rejection was appropriate, while 36.7 pct considered it inappropriate and 38.0 pct answered neither or said they did not know.
   The government's policy of reviewing the SCJ was supported by 54.0 pct, while 11.9 pct opposed it and 34.1 pct answered neither or said they did not know.
