島忠、ニトリの買収提案受け入れ　ＤＣＭから乗り換え

　ホームセンター中堅の島忠が、家具大手ニトリホールディングスからの買収提案を受け入れる方針を固めたことが１３日、分かった。島忠は同業大手のＤＣＭホールディングスによるＴＯＢ（株式公開買い付け）に賛同を表明していたが、価格面で大幅に上回るニトリの提案が有利と判断した。
　島忠に対しては、ＤＣＭが１６日までの間、１株４２００円でＴＯＢを実施している。ニトリは１０月２９日、島忠に１株５５００円での対抗ＴＯＢを提案。１１月中旬にも開始する方針を公表し、ＤＣＭとの争奪戦に発展していた。（2020/11/13-10:32）

Midsize Japanese hardware store operator Shimachu Co. is likely to accept a tender offer from major furniture and household goods retailer Nitori Holdings Co. , turning down an earlier offer from DCM Holdings Co. .
Shimachu previously supported the tender offer from industry peer DCM, but has decided to change course and accept Nitori's proposal of a much higher share acquisition price than DCM's offer.
