日航、冬ボーナス８割減　業績悪化で０．５カ月分

　日本航空は１２日、冬のボーナス（年末賞与）を前年比８割減の０．５カ月分（前年は２．５カ月分）とする方針を労働組合に伝えた。新型コロナウイルスの影響で旅客需要が落ち込み、業績が大幅に悪化しているため。夏季賞与は半減の１カ月分を支給したが、厳しい経営環境を受け、削減幅を拡大した。
　これにより２０２０年度の賞与は計１．５カ月分となり、経営破綻で支給が見送られた１０年度以来、１０年ぶりの低水準となる。一方、従業員の生活に配慮し、賞与とは別に１人１０万円の特別手当を一律で支給する。（2020/11/12-18:14）

Japan Airlines plans to reduce this year's winter bonus to employees by 80 pct from the year-before level due to its sharply deteriorating earnings traced to a plunge in travel demand amid the novel coronavirus pandemic.
JAL notified its labor union of the reduction on Thursday. The airline's winter bonus will be equivalent to half a month worth of wages, down from 2.5 months a year before.

Switch to Japanese
