国内感染、連日１０００人超　埼玉は過去最多―新型コロナ

　国内では６日、新たに１１４３人の新型コロナウイルス感染者が確認され、１日当たりの新規感染者数が２日連続で１０００人を上回った。埼玉県で過去最多となる１１４人の感染が判明するなど、感染者数の増加ペースが加速している。
　東京都では２４２人の感染が確認され、２日連続で２００人を超えた。都によると、年代別では２０代が５９人、３０代が５２人、４０代が４４人など。６５歳以上は３６人。重症者は前日比１人減の３７人だった。
　埼玉県の新規感染者は、１０月１０日の１００人を上回り過去最多を記録した。大阪府では１６９人の感染が判明。新規感染者が１６０人を上回るのは８月２１日（１６６人）以来となる。
　北海道では１１５人の感染が判明し、２日連続で１００人を超えた。寒さが厳しい地域では暖房を使用し、窓を閉め切った部屋で過ごす時間が増えることから、厚生労働省の担当者は「室内でもマスクを着用するとともに、換気を徹底してほしい」と話している。
　死者は北海道、千葉、神奈川、熊本各県でそれぞれ１人増え、累計で１８２５人となった。（2020/11/06-23:36）

The Tokyo metropolitan government reported 242 new cases of the novel coronavirus in the Japanese capital on Friday.
   The daily count of newly confirmed cases in Tokyo stood above 200 for the second straight day.
   The newly infected people included 59 in their 20s, 52 in their 30s, 44 in their 40s and 36 aged 65 or older.
   Meanwhile, the number of severely ill patients with the coronavirus, which causes the COVID-19 respiratory illness, stood at 37, down one from the previous day.
