日本郵政、豪州の貨物輸送事業売却へ　トールの経営再建

　日本郵政は５日、傘下のオーストラリア物流大手トール・ホールディングスが豪州やニュージーランドで手掛けている宅配を含む貨物輸送事業について売却する方針を決めたと発表した。今後売却先の選定に入る。２０１５年の買収後、業績の低迷が続くトールの経営再建策の一環。アジアを中心とした国際物流事業は引き続き保持する。（2020/11/05-11:20）

Japan Post Holdings Co. said Thursday it will sell Toll Holdings' freight transport business as part of an effort to turn around the struggling Australian logistics unit.
The Japanese postal service group will shortly start the process of selecting a buyer of the business in Australia and New Zealand, including home delivery.
