ゲームセンター運営から撤退　コロナが打撃、子会社売却―セガサミー

　セガサミーホールディングスは４日、娯楽施設を運営する連結子会社セガエンタテインメント（東京）の株式の８５．１％を遊技機器関連のＧＥＮＤＡ（ジェンダ、同）に譲渡すると発表した。売却額は非公表。セガサミーは売却に伴い、国内のゲームセンター運営事業から年内に撤退する。新型コロナウイルス感染症の影響に伴う施設休業から稼働率が低下していた。（2020/11/04-21:12）

Sega Sammy Holdings Inc. said Wednesday it will pull out of game arcade operations in Japan by the end of this year amid the fallout of the coronavirus pandemic.
The Japanese company will sell an 85.1 pct stake in Sega Entertainment Co., a subsidiary that operates amusement facilities, to Genda Inc., an arcade game rental firm.
