携帯３社、９月中間は営業増益　決済サービスなど好調

　携帯電話大手３社の２０２０年９月中間連結決算が４日、出そろった。３社とも決済サービスなど非通信分野の好調により本業のもうけを示す営業利益でそろって増益を確保した。政府が求める料金値下げへの対応では、業績への影響を警戒する声が上がった。
　９月中間決算では、携帯端末の割り引きを制限するルール改正に加え、新型コロナウイルス感染拡大に伴う外出自粛の影響で端末の販売台数が減少した。一方、決済サービスや、テレワーク普及に伴う関連需要などが伸び、収益を支えた。（2020/11/04-20:27）

Three major Japanese mobile phone carriers have reported operating profit growth for April-September, citing the strength of services other than their flagship mobile phone operations, such as cashless payments.
Meanwhile, the three, including NTT Docomo Inc. , voiced concerns that their earnings may be pushed down if they lower mobile phone rates as requested by the government.
