ＵＳＪ、割引券で入場開始　ＧｏＴｏイベント本格始動

　新型コロナウイルスの感染拡大で落ち込んだイベント需要を喚起するための政府の「Ｇｏ　Ｔｏ　イベント」事業は４日、適用第１号のユニバーサル・スタジオ・ジャパン（ＵＳＪ、大阪市）で割引チケットを利用した入場が始まり、本格的に始動した。ＵＳＪでは通常の２割引きで購入できる１日入場券を販売。同券には、グッズなどが買える独自クーポンが付いている。
　Ｇｏ　Ｔｏ　イベントは、来年１月末までに開かれる映画や遊園地、スポーツ観戦などを対象に、チケット価格の２割相当額（上限２０００円）を割り引くなどして需要を喚起する。
　多くの客が詰め掛けたため、午前１０時の開園時刻より早めに入場を開始し、ゲート前の検温にも長い列ができた。幼稚園児の娘２人を連れた京都市在住の主婦（４０）は割引チケットで入り、「幼稚園の代休と『Ｇｏ　Ｔｏ』が重なり、安くなっていい機会だと思った。クーポンも付いて、ありがたい」と話した。（2020/11/04-11:21）

USJ Starts Accepting Discount Tickets under Go To Event

Universal Studios Japan on Wednesday started accepting admission tickets discounted under the Japanese government's Go To Event, a campaign designed to stimulate demand dampened by the coronavirus crisis.
   Under the program, the theme park in the western city of Osaka sells one-day passes with a 20 pct discount that come with shopping vouchers.
   The Go To Event program will reduce tickets for movies, amusement parks, sports and other entertainment events to be held by the end of January next year by 20 pct or up to 2,000 yen.
   The pandemic dealt a serious blow to USJ by forcing it to close for about three months earlier this year.
